>माटी से माटी का अभिनन्दन की तीसरी कड़ी में किया गया सम्मान : देर से पेश एक रिपोर्ट

पिछले ५ दिसंबर २०१० को भिटौरा के ओम घाट में उस दृश्य का नजारा देखने लायक था , जिसमें इसी माटी में खेल व पढ़कर देश और दुनियां में नाम रोशन करने वाली विभूतियां अपने ही लोगों से मिली  और इस माटी का कर्ज कैसे चुकायें इस पर भी चर्चा करती रहीं । खास बात यह है कि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में बुलंदियों को छूने वाले यह महानुभाव नई पीढ़ी से रूबरू होकर उन्हें आगे बढ़ने की सीख ही नहीं बल्कि उनका हाथ थामकर कुछ कर दिखाने का जज्बा भी देते रहे।

जनपद के गौरवशाली व्यक्तित्व अलंकरण समारोह की तीसरी कड़ी में जनपद की उन महान विभूतियों का सम्मान किया गया जो जिले के बाहर रहकर यहां की माटी का मान बढ़ा रहे हैं। इनमें शासकीय सेवा, व्यवसाय, खेल, मीडिया व अन्य क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय मुकाम हासिल किये लोगों के नाम शामिल हैं। जिले की मिंट्टी में जन्में यह लोग बाहर रहकर भी यहां के लिये कुछ न कुछ करना चाहते हैं यही उनकी इच्छा है। भिटौरा के ओम्घाट-पंट्टी विट्ठलपुर सहिमापुर में हुए अलंकरण समारोह में आयी जनपद की इन हस्तियों ने एक दूसरे के हालचाल लिये। यह सभी एक मंच पर एकत्र होकर अपनी जन्म भूमि के प्रति दिल खोलकर कार्य करने की घोषणा की। अपनी जन्म भूमि की माटी से मिलने के लिए समारोह में आये उसके लाल एक दूसरे से मिले तो यादों में खो गये। कुछ तो पहली बार एक दूसरे से मिल रहे थे। कार्यक्रम में आयी विभूतियों ने कहा कि वह जितना हो सकेगा फतेहपुर जिले का नाम रोशन के लिए कुछ विशेष करते रहेंगे।

स्वामी विज्ञानानंद सरस्वती जी की अगुवाई में आयोजित समारोह में सम्मान पाने वालों में सीईओ ग्रुप कैप्टन निम्स फ्लाइंग एकाडमी दिल्ली कर्नल तेज प्रकाश श्रीवास्तव, मध्य कमान भारतीय सेना लखनऊ कर्नल विभय मान सिंह, आईएएस दिल्ली पंकज कुमार, डिप्टी डायरेक्टर एनएसओ गवर्नमेंट आफ इंडिया दिल्ली संध्या सिंह, सहायक कमिश्नर कस्टम दिल्ली मनोज कुमार पटेल, न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट श्रद्धा त्रिपाठी, एडीजे आगरा सीएल वर्मा, एडीजे शाहजहांपुर दिनेश चंद्र सैनी, शैलेंन्द्र सिंह परिहार आईएएस, अरविन्द कुमार द्विवेदी डायरेक्टर हैंडीकैप्ड , अरुण देव सिंह गौतम आईजी छत्तीसगढ़ को प्रतीक चिह्न व शाल  ओढ़ाकर सम्मानित किया गया। इसके अलावा सम्मान पाने वालों में कन्हैयालाल द्विवेदी सेवानिवृत्त श्रमायुक्त,  डा. प्रकाश चंद्र हितकारी, टीएन शुक्ला, गोविन्द दुबे प्रभारी दैनिक जागरण बांदा, अंतर्राष्टीय टेनिस बाल क्रिकेट खिलाड़ी रविकांत आदि रहे। इस मौके पर समारोह की अध्यक्षता संयुक्त रूप से वरिष्ट साहित्यकार धनंजय अवस्थी एवं पूर्व विधायक  प्रेमदत्त तिवारी द्वारा की गयी।

इस मौके पर जिले में मरणासन्न स्थिति में पहुंच चुकी ससुरखदेरी नदी को स्वामी विज्ञानानंद सरस्वती की अगुवाई में जिले की हस्तियां नया जीवन देने का निर्णय लिया गया । भिटौरा में गंगा नदी के किनारे ओमघाट पर रविवार दिनांक ५ दिसंबर २०१०   को माटी से माटी का अभिनंदन समारोह में जिले की विभूतियों ने संकल्प लिया कि यह नदी फिर कलकल करती बहेगी। 

ससुर खदेरी नदी जनपद के सिठौरा गांव से निकलकर यमुना में मिलती थी। अब सिठौरा से लेकर बड़नपुर तक इसका अस्तित्व ही समाप्त हो चुका है। नदी की जमीन पर किसान कब्जा कर खेती कर रहे हैं। स्वामी जी ने कहा बड़नपुर के आगे नदी को जीवित रखने के लिए अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इसमें नदी की खुदाई, किनारे पौधरोपण जैसे कार्य किये जायेंगे। इस कार्य के लिए स्वामी जी ने स्वयं दो ट्रैक्टर और एक छोटी जेसीबी मशीन देने की घोषणा की। साथ ही मंच पर विराजमान विभूतियों से भी सहयोग मांगा कि यदि सभी का थोड़ा-थोड़ा भी सहयोग मिलेगा तो हम अपने मिशन में कामयाब हो सकेंगे। दो उद्यमियों ने खुदाई में आर्थिक मदद की घोषणा मंच से की। इस अभियान की कमान स्वामी जी ने रामआसरे प्रजापति को सौंपी।

इसके अलावा स्वामी जी ने सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन करने वाले फतेहपुर  फोरम द्वारा  लिये गये एक और फैसले की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि जनपद के युवाओं की सुविधा के लिए सभी तेरह विकास खंडों में सैनिक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र खोला जायेगा। स्वामी जी की इस अपील पर वहां लोगों ने समर्थन करने के साथ आर्थिक सहयोग देने का वादा किया।

तपोभूमि भिटौरा स्थित ओम घाट में आयोजित वंदन और अभिनंदन समारोह में जनपद की माटी से उपजी ऐसी प्रतिभाओं को सम्मानित किया गया, जो न सिर्फ हिंदुस्तान में बल्कि अन्य देशों में अपनी प्रतिभा कौशल के जरिए समाज के निर्माण में सक्रिय भूमिका अदा कर रहे हैं।

भिटौरा के ओमघाट में उत्तरवाहिनी गंगा के पावन तट पर गौरवशाली व्यक्तित्व अलंकरण समारोह में अपनों का सम्मान पाकर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में ख्याति अर्जित करने वाले फतेहपुर के माटी के लाल फूले नहीं समा रहे थे। अपनी ही माटी से सम्मान  पाकर अभिभूत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत इन प्रतिभाओं ने एक सूत्र में बंधकर जनपद के चहुंमुखी विकास का संकल्प लिया। साथ ही यथासंभव सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।

स्वामी विज्ञानानंद सरस्वती के प्रयासों से विगत वर्षों  की भांति इस बार भी फतेहपुर फोरम के तत्वाधान में अलंकरण समारोह का आयोजन किया। ओम घाट में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में न सिर्फ प्रतिभाओं का  सम्मान  किया गया। बल्कि इस मंच के माध्यम से जनपद के विकास और विकास की राह में आ रही विभिन्न समस्याओं के बारे में चिंतन भी किया गया। चिंतन के दौरान आर्थिक, सामाजिक, शैक्षिक जैसे विभिन्न पहलुओं की गहनता से समीक्षा की गईं। इसका लब्बोलुआब  यह रहा कि गौरवशाली होने के बावजूद जनपद आज शैक्षिक एवं आर्थिक तौर से बेहद पिछड़ा हुआ है। अतिथियों ने इस पिछडे़पन को दूर करने तथा समाज के चहुमुखी विकास के लिए एकजुट होकर काम करने का आह्वान किया। मुख्य  फोकस शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पर्यावरण के विकास पर रहा।

अध्यक्षता कर रहे स्वामी विज्ञानानंद ने कहा कि पतित पावनी गंगा इस पवन क्षण की साथी है। जिस प्रकार गंगा की धवलधारा निज्स्वार्थ भाव से जनकल्याण के लिए अविरल प्रवाहित हो रही है, ठीक वैसे ही यह मंच विकास के पथ पर निरंतर आगे बढ़ता रहेगा। संचालन प्रदीप चन्द्र  श्रीवास्तव  ने किया  और सञ्चालन में मदद  प्रोफ़ेसर रवीन्द्र द्वारा की जाती रही | पुराने संस्मरणों को याद करते हुए सभी ने कहा कि देश-विदेश के किसी भी कोने में रहकर वह इस मंच के माध्यम से शिक्षा, रोजगार व सृजनात्मक कार्यो के लिए हर संभव मदद करेंगे।

यूं तो फतेहपुर की माटी में जन्मी विभूतियों की तो एक लंबी श्रृंखला है। रविवार को मौका था इन्हीं विभूतियों का सम्मान करने का, करीब तीन दर्जन होनहारों को आमंत्रित किया गया था। लेकिन व्यस्तता के चलते कुछ लोग उपस्थिति नहीं हो सके। समारोह में लगभग दो दर्जन हस्तियों ने भाग लिया।

स्वामी विज्ञानानंद जी के संयोजकत्व में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में शहर के रानी कालोनी निवासी पुलिस महानिरीक्षक इलाहाबाद सूर्य कुमार शुक्ला, कटरा जोनिहां निवासी डिप्टी डायरेक्टर दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण शैलेन्द्र सिंह परिहार, दिल्ली के मुख्य व्यवसायी नियूरी वृन्दावन निवासी उत्तम तिवारी, चुनाव आयोग नई दिल्ली के सचिव चंदियाना निवासी आरके श्रीवास्तव, जहानाबाद निवासी एनआईएचएफडब्लू नई दिल्ली के जेई राजीव कुमार तिवारी, हसनापुर दुगरेई निवासी उच्चतम न्यायालय के अधिवक्ता कमल कुमार पाण्डेय, कहिंजरा दपसौरा निवासी डिप्टी सर्वेयर जनरल नई दिल्ली महेश चन्द्र तिवारी, हाजीपुर गंग निवासी दिल्ली के कपड़ा व्यवसायी राकेश कुमार मिश्र, सेनीपुर निवासी एडीशनल चीफ मेडिकल आफीसर इलाहाबाद डा.शेष नारायण पाठक, रस्तोगी गंज के सीनियर जनरल मैनेजर कंटेनर कारपोरेशन आफ इण्डिया के पद पर आसीन डीएस कपूर, संवारा नौगांव निवासी गोविंद वल्लभ पंत कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय पंतनगर उत्तरांचल के विभागाध्यक्ष शिवप्रकाश मौर्य, सर्व शिक्षा के निदेशक सुरेश सोनी, टेनिस बाल क्रिकेट के क्षेत्र में ख्याति अर्जित करने वाले शहर के सिविल लाइन निवासी रविकांत मिश्रा, अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश गाजियाबाद सुरेश चन्द्र सैनी, डा.रमेश रस्तोगी, बिंदकी तहसील क्षेत्र के निवासी प्रोफेसर डा.बालगोविंद द्विवेदी, मर्चेन्ट नेवी के अधिकारी विशान्त श्रीवास्तव सहित अन्य हस्तियों को प्रशस्तिपत्र ओम का प्रतीक चिन्ह, अंगवस्त्रम के साथ सम्मानित किया गया।

पक्षी कितनी भी दूर की उड़ान भरे लेकिन अपना घोंसला नहीं भूलता है। अलंकरण समारोह में आयी सख्शियतों ने भी कुछ ऐसा ही अपनों के बीच बयां किया। बड़ों के पैर छूकर व हमउम्र के लोगों को गले लगाकर वर्षो के बिछड़ाव व दूरियों को मिटा दिया। अपनों के बीच जब पहुंचे तो पद प्रतिष्ठा सब भूलकर माटी की सोंधी सुगन्ध में खो गये। बातें शुरू हुई तो ऐसी कि खत्म होने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहीं थीं। न जाने की जल्दी और न काम का बोझा। सबकुछ अपनों में ही थोड़ी देर के लिए समर्पित दिखा।

भिटौरा के ओम घाट में उत्तरवाहिनी गंगा के तट में प्राकृतिक सौंदर्यता के बीच सम्पन्न हुए कार्यक्रम में माटी में जन्मी बाहर से आयी विभूतियों का अपनों से प्रेम देखते ही बन रहा था। ज्यों ही पुराना साथी मिलता था दौड़कर या तो गले लगते रहे या फिर पैर छूकर आशीर्वाद लेते रहे। कटरा जोनिहां के शैलेन्द्र सिंह परिहार जब अपनों के बीच पहुंचे तो बस एक ही चर्चा रही कि माटी का कर्ज कैसे उतारें। कहते रहे कि जिले के पिछड़ेपन को दूर करने व रोजगार, शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बहुत कुछ करने की तमन्ना है और कर भी दिखायेंगे। बस जरूरत है सहयोग देने वालों की।

चुनाव आयोग के सचिव आरके श्रीवास्तव कहते हैं कि लंबे अर्से बाद इस माटी में आने का मौका मिला है। यहां के लोगों से मिलकर पचास साल पहले का बचपन याद आ रहा है। किस तरह से साथियों के साथ उछलकूद करते थे और गलियों में घूम-घूमकर समय बिताते थे वह अपने पुराने साथियों से कुछ यही हाल सुनाते रहे। आखिर इसी माटी के लाल हैं जो आज सख्शियत बनकर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जनपद का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं। उनको अपने बीच पाकर यहां के लोग भी गदगद हो गये। कोई उनसे बराबर संपर्क रखने के लिए फोन नंबर लेता रहा तो कोई पुरानी यादें ताजा कर अपनत्व झलकाता रहा।

दिल्ली में फतेहपुर की माटी से जुड़े वरिष्ठ लालों द्वारा फतेहपुर फोरम बनाया गया है , जिसकी मीटिंग अभी कुछ दिन पहले हुई थी । इस समूह में फतेहपुर के विकास को लक्ष्य बनाकर काम करने को तत्पर वरिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के अतिरिक्त कुछ नए सदस्य भी हैं |

किसी संस्था के बारे में ज्यादा जानने के लिए उसके उद्देश्यों को जानना ज्यादा जरूरी हो जाता है| सो फतेहपुर फोरम के लिखित उदेश्यों को हु-बहु यहाँ टीप रहा  हूँ |

Aims and Objectives

The aims and objects of the society, for which the same is established, are as under:-

• To create essence of brotherhood,  co-operation, love, affection amongst the all human beings and over all environment.
• To provide sound education to the children of all communities irrespective of genders and to prepare them to become mature and responsible citizens of the country through the all round physical, intellectual, academic, mental and spiritual development based on values derived from the life.
• To   establish academic educational,  ,vocational, technical, non technical institutions adult education, cutting and tailoring center, anganwari school, medical institute, information technology institute for the upliftment of poor and handicapped persons of the society.
• To arrange and manage the training institutions in Typing, Short-hand, Computer, information technology, Fine Arts, Crafts, Music, Painting, Modeling, Yoga, Physical Education and in their professional training subjects. To open training centers all over India for imparting early childhood education and nursery teachers training for men/women.
• To promote literacy, culture and other social activities of Awareness programmes, Adult Education classes, lectures, Essay Competitions Exhibitions, Symposium cultural programmes, press conferences and seminars.
• To provide food, clothing, medical aid, stationery, transportation, libraries, laboratories, reading room, hostels, play ground swimming pool and other required facilities to the students and also to the members of the society.
• To establish and manage various kinds of Agricultural,industrial, Research and training institutions to introduce and develop the professional courses and also to arrange/provide all kinds of educational facilities to the students, scholars, trainees and to other needy candidates.
• To establish, among  the development  such  as school activity centers for the children of the under privilege class/section  of society where they could have the benefits and joy of participation in sport, games, artistic activities, like clay and wood work, music, dance, painting, and also organize educational trips.
• To make realistic efforts to lesson air-pollution, water pollution, noise pollution in the interest of masses and to discourage the use/manufacture of non-biodegradable items, like polythenes and synthetics etc.
• To meet traveling, boarding and lodging expenses for the students going abroad for higher education and also help them in all possible ways.
• To promote fine art, crafts among the public including establishment and maintenance of Shilpa – Shikshalayas, Kala-Kendras (relating to music, dance & modeling) etc.
• To follow the ideology of great men and National leaders who sacrificed their lives for the causes of depressed, deprived, Community/backward classes, minority  groups and for other  needy peoples.
• To provide free/concessional education to the poor, helpless and needy children/students.
• To receive financial assistance in the shape of loan or otherwise from Government, Non-Government organizations, bank or any other legal entity or individual on reasonable terms and conditions.
• To accept donations, grants, presents and other offerings(in the form of movable or immovable properties) and the same shall be utilized by the promotion of aims and objectors of the society.
• To raise funds and resources for the attainment of any of the aims and objectors of the society by all lawful means including investment of the funds, donation, fund – raising campaigns, cultural programmes, sale of literature, property development, rent from the building etc.
• To conduct research in education and other discipline with different subjects relating to education.
• To publish books, charts, illustrations, news papers and other publications on different subjects and in different languages.
• To conduct coaching classes for preparation of the various competitive examinations.
• To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell/lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, manage and/or  develop all or any part of the property/building of the society for attainment of Aims and Objectors of the Society.
• To do or perform any other act which may be incidental or conductive of the attainment of  any of the object of the above  society.
• To approach concerned authorities regarding the solution of problems of the society/General Public.
• To provide free Medical aid and start Charitable Hospital/Dispensary for the general welfare of general public.
•  To arrange activities for the safety of wild animals, and to make improvement in safety of the wild animals and to show mercy towards them.
•  To arrange and organize free medical health checkup, Eye-Camps, Blood Donation Camps to help and alleviate the sufferings of poor persons, needy persons and masses surviving below poverty line  and to supplement the efforts, rules and policies of the Govt. in times of flood, fire, cyclones and other natural calamities.
• To create general awareness in the minds of the public towards dangerous and hazardous diseases, like AIDS and to propagate preventive methods for the same.
• To maintain, upkeep and provide for adequate greenery and better environmental conditions to inculcate ethics which is a social responsibility for every business enterprise.
• To arrange, establish, control, look-after and manage and run and supervise orphanages homes, old aged homes, night-shelter, community centres, Mahila Ashram/Nari Niketan, etc.
• To conduct awarness program in local community to throw light on the problems regarding health, sanitation ,current social problems relating to women and children.
• To encourage morality and to eradicate social evils like dowry, drug addiction ,alcohalism, child labour etc.

MEETING OF “FATEHPUR FORUM” DATED 29/1/2009.

Third meeting of “Fatehpur Forum” was held on 29/1/2009 at FICCI Auditorum, Mandi House, New Delhi. It was attended by approximately 40 members of Fatehpur Forum. A brief discussion regarding social cultural, economical, medical and educational status and progress at Fatehpur in these fields was held. All the members unanimously supported the idea and affirmed that each one of them wanted to do something to pay back the debt of the places they have come from. It was also thought that if every member contributes may be physically, monetarily or psychologically, the status of things at Fatehpur would improve. Following major
decision were taken apart from general discussion on the above

subject

The name of the forum as Fatehpur Forum was confirmed by the House. House further decided that it should continue with Shri Pradeep Srivastava as its Hony। President, Shri Shailendra Singh Parihar as Hony। General Secy। And Shri Uttam Tiwari as Hony. Treasurer of the Forum.

Since the Forum has so far not been registered with the appropriate Govt. body, Shri R.D. Diixit was requested to prepare bye laws for the forum detailing aims/objectivtes etc. and put up in the next meeting before the House. Once the bye laws are ready, the Forum would be registered appropriately.

It was decided to keep the membership fee as Rs.151/- per head per annum so that a corpus is developed for different activities. It was further decided that donations would be accepted by the society for carrying out aims and objectives of the Forum. Shri Sheodan Singh Bhadoriya has been requested to find out necessary procedural details for this purpose. Shri Uttam Tiwari, Hony. Treasurer has been requested to arrange for receipt booklets, letter head etc. for receiving annual subscription.

The House wanted that a website be launched for the Forum so that present members and other residents of Fatehpur may obtain information and link up with the Forum. Shri Ram Vajpai offered to do the needful and put up details in the next meeting.

It was found essential to have Information Centers at Fatehpur as well as Delhi so that various relevant informations could be collected and made available for the users at both the places.

Professor Man Mohan Shukla offered his premises at Purushottam Inter College, Khajuha for this purpose. He also offered that a teacher of the college can be assigned the task of keeping such information and making it available to various people on requirement. Another Information Centres could be opened at Swami Vigyananand Ashram,Fatehpur to meet requirements of people living in city. Shri Shamim Ahmed, Advocate offered his services for holding next meetings of the Forum in Delhi. It was decided to hold the next meeting of the Forum At Ghalib Academny, West Nizamuddin.

Some members had suggested that all the intermediate schools of the district may be connected with the Information Centers and this forum for exchange of information. In the first phase, it was decided to contact the schools from where the members themselves had passed out.

The House was further informed that under auspicious of Swami Vigyananand Ashram, one week training-cum-preparation camp has been organized at Fatehpur for the benefit of students wanting to compete for the selection of soldiers in the Indian Armed Forces।The next selection at Kanpur was scheduled on 8/2/09 and hence the camp has been started for the first week of Feb।,2009। Arrangement for lodging and boarding for those students who come to town from neighbouring villages will be made by the Ashram।

House was also informed that free coaching classes for preparation to B.Ed/BTC Course has been organized at the Fatehpur residence of Shri Pradeep Srivastava. The first course will start from 18/2/09. A teacher and his assistant has been provided to run this course.

Dr. M.C. Tiwari had informed the House that he has also established a School in his village in Block Amauli and helped the villagers to get regular electric supply and better roads.

All the members are requested to bring their suggestions/proposals in next meeting so that precious time is saved।As stated above, the next meeting of the Forum will be held at Ghalib Academy on 6/3/09 at 6।00 PM । The meeting shall be concluded in 1 hour 30 minutes time। Members are requested to reach in time and also bring other residents of the district to join the
Forum
